The Stables Inn, Shropshire: is it dog friendly?

Places to walk in Shropshire:

Episode 1: The Stables Inn, Shropshire

The weather is finally getting better (fingers crossed), so we’re starting a series of lovely places in Shropshire to walk dogs, that include a great pub, and often a motorhome stopover! (More so for us rather than our dog, Frida!)
The first edition to this series and possibly my favourite of the ones we visited last year is The Stables Inn at Hopesgate, near Minsterley SY5 0EP. A beautiful stone building with inside and outside seating, perfect for those lovely summer nights ahead (hopefully!)
When you're not enjoying a pint in the building, you can enjoy a picturesque walk where your poochy pals can have a good sniff.
The walk is amazing with gorgeous nature to explore, your dog will love it. Overall, it takes around 2 hours to complete but it isn't particularly hilly, so owners or dogs who struggle with incline will still be accommodated here.
Along the way, you'll be met with pretty sights, including a darling Church, vast cornfields and noisy pheasants. If you want to have a look about, you can use your maps in conjunction with the AllTrails app we use so we don't get lost!
We would love others to comment their favourite pub walks, especially those that are dog friendly (as we're a community of dog lovers here) so we can all enjoy a spring and summer full of fun!
